Mr. Paul Dana Geyman, age 61, of Madison, Indiana entered this life on December 4, 1953 in Madison, Indiana. He was the loving son of the late, Paul J. and Margaret K. Thieman Geyman. He was raised in Madison and was a 1971 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School. He also attended Ivy Tech and received a certificate in drafting. Paul was united in marriage to Paula A. Hallgarth on November 20, 1976 at the Madison Presbyterian Church. This union was blessed with two sons, Paul Joe and Ryan Anthony. Paul farmed for many years and had worked at Russell's Implements, Grote Industries for ten years, and Envirex for one year. He had last worked as a maintenance tech for the Sunrise Golf Course with City of Madison Parks Department. Paul suffered injuries in a head on collision in 1974 that resulted in the loss of his spleen. He recovered from the accident and went on with his life. But in 1987, everything changed again. Paul developed a blood infection caused by the Injuries he had sustained in the wreck 13 years earlier. The infection had spread so bad by the time he was treated for it that both of his arms and both of his legs had to be amputated. But despite the physical limitations it never slowed him down. He continued on to work and farm and remain productive the rest of his life. Paul enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching his sons in their sports activities and being with his grandchildren. He was an avid Colts Football fan, liked to watch Old Westerns and enjoyed a cold Mountain Dew. Paul was blessed to be united in marriage to Tammy Geanene Hyatt on September 17, 2005 at the North Madison Christian Church.
