what happened to diana boggess, and does anybody know how sampson got to be her last name? she was a very close friend of mine, the last time i saw her was christmas 1969 at her mom and dad's house while i was on leave.  would like to see her again. she was so real, so down to earth. we liked hush (deep purple, and ramblin man bob segar) we would walk downtown madoson singing songs, if anybody knows where she is tell her i said peace and love to her:)

       Could not remember Diana Boggess so looked up photo in 1970 yearbook.  Doesn't appear in 1971 though so I don't really know.  I did look in the phone book for Boggess but only listing was for Milan and Lawrenceburg.  Do you know her parents names or where they lived?  If so we could go from there maybe.  Hope to get to see you at the reunion if not before.  Maybe you could come to one of the reunion meetings before that, it is a good place to catch a few of us.  Some have more memory for past people than me.   Hope your day is good. margie, sure has been awhile, i would love to catch some of before reunion. and will:) i sure wish i new what happined to diana , she moved to madison from new mexico, she told me all about it. she was the coolest girl i knew. i just wandered how or did she choose thew name sampson, i don't know. the last time i saw her i had orders to fleet marine west pacific ground forces, she held me so tight i thought i was gonna pop:) we were good friends.

Hey Bobby!

      Just wanted to let you know I got on Caring bridge and read some of your story and journal entrys and photos.  God Bless You buddy and have to say you are incrediby positive human being through this tough time. I used to follow that site with Kay Gilles' husband Tom Moore as he also had PC.   As I read and as I know through my own personal experiences in life, without God holding us and leading us we would be NOTHING!!  You are a great testiment to his Love for us.  We must get together and chat sometime soon.  Have a good day and most of all thank you for your service for our country.    Margie

HEY THERE, THANKS FOR READIN MY STORY ON CARING BRIDGE, KAY IS VERY GOOD FRIENDS WITH ME AND LINDA, I READ TOM'S JOURNAL WHEN I FOUND OUT ABOUT MY BOUT WITH PC. I'M FINE WITH IT , I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SO BLESSED ,IT SEEMS. EVEN WHEN I WITHOUT GOD ,HE WAS WORKIN ON ME AND I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT:)  JUST HAVE TO ROLL WITH THE PUNCHES IN LIFE, NO NEED TO BE BITTER ABOUT ANYTHING, I'M SO GLAD WE ARE GONNA HAVE A REUNOIN, ALTHOUGH I WASN'T ALL THAT POPULAR IN SCHOOL, I FELT I DIDN'T NEED TO BE. IT WILL BE SO MUCH FUN SEEING HOW OLD AND FAT EVERYBODY HAS GOT HEE HEE:) WE WILL HAVE TO GET TOGATHER SOON, I DO HAVE A PART TIME JOB AT JEFF'S CARWASH, GETS OLD SETTIN ROUND THE HOUSE, BESIDES I DON'T FEEL DISABLED:) JUST WEAR OUT SOONER THAN I USE TO.
